Yep in a 30-06 I get that. But 150 fps above Viht (even often anaemic) max for .308 130s kinda piqued my interest….

Nope, don’t need to push faster as that’s a good speed for them for the ranges I shoot.

N135 is the available magic powder for 130 TTSX in .308.

I started to get stiff bolt lift at 3125 FPS out of my 20” .308.

N140 also works well, I got up to 3098FPS without pressure signs, but couldn’t cram any more powder into the cartridge!

Have you tried the Yewtree 145gn in your 30-06, be interesting to know how they compare. Only shot the 145gn in mine haven't got around to loading the 126.5gn up yet.

I haven't tbh. I went to see Rich and we chose the 126.5gn. They knock down everything I've pointed them at with no runners. Very happy with them. I also don't really shoot more than 250m (unless at the range on occasion). Most of my shots are under 150m. I'm not sure what the heavier bullet would achieve in comparison. Perhaps be a bit slower? I'm not an expert on reloading though!! Make of that what you will!

Only three shots though so not a great deal of data. Mind you if it’s not to windy I expect to get 5-10 shot groups inside 2” @300m

I've tried that link and also downloaded the App. Unfortunately, as far as I can see, it only shows Lapua Scenar bullets.
