Will it be legal?
Of course it won't be legal for deer but other quarry?

Two things are certain, every American 'commando', prepper, gunperson will want one so they will not be available over here for ages.
Second, it will need a licence in Scotland, if its ever approved - which I doubt, even for target shooting.

I truly hope that never makes it across here. We have enough problems with idiots misusing air rifles and crossbows. Can you imagine the problems this would cause in the wrong hands? I'm afraid the UK is far too idiot-heavy for this to be a good idea

Really not sure why you would want one, a crossbow shooting a properly constructed bolt will be just as powerful, if not more, and much more accurate.

Arrows do not behave well when propelled with compressed air, believe me, I know!

They are a little behind. Crosman have had an airbow for a few years now. Looks like it has very similar specs. Pioneer Airbow

Unfortunately those idiots are the ones that impose rear extensions to legally owned target pistols instead of coming down hard enough on the criminals that cause our issues
