Yes. It's on the front page of today's Daily Telegraph.
I agree with you. However, lots of work for very poor success rates, by all accounts?I'm waiting for campaigns promoting the rearing and releasing of grey partridge. And if we have to make a benefit out of any ban on where pheasants and redlegs might be reared and released that be one of them.

The whole thing centres around predation Carl.I agree with you. However, lots of work for very poor success rates, by all accounts?
That's a bit like saying if they banned hunting there'd be no antisWild Justice are having repeated success because they are using simple lawfare tactics. They are identifying areas of country sport related law which are not being enforced and pushing the government to court to ensure that the law is adhered to.
they are not asking for anything new, just current laws to be enforced. So very very easy for them.
And remember all of this comes about because of raptor persecution, and in particular Hen Harrier persecution. If the Grouse moors had hen harriers there would be no Wild Justice.
All reasonably sensible until that last statement. Sorry mudman but you're well wide of the mark with that one!If the Grouse moors had hen harriers there would be no Wild Justice.
Mark Avery is a campaigning environmentalist (that’s the polite way of describing him). His whole attack on fieldsports is founded on just one thing, his perception of the killing of raptors on grouse moors, in particular hen harriers. Like wise his Wild Justice cohort Ruth Tingay of raptor persecution Scotland. Forget about Packham, he is just the mouth piece of these two. If there were Hen Harriers in abundance it is doubtful whether Wild Justice would have got the impetus to success and the supporters they obviously have. Root cause of all this is the lack of hen harriers on grouse moors. All reasonably sensible until that last statement. Sorry mudman but you're well wide of the mark with that one!
Correct with the exception of part of the last sentence. These people never admit anyone with their view is, has been or can be wrong, it will all be down to someone else.Enjoy it while you can...the shift to liberal leftism is the majority now, it’s the reason even Waitrose’s game rep is talking about Millennials and the conscience of food source and
raceability.
I think recreational stalking/shooting will be a thing of the past within the next couple of decades.
If you don’t believe me, go onto any social media open to the public and put a post on about how excited you are about going on a 500 bird day next week to shoot pheasants and partridge and see how many likes, angry faces and comments you get!
I think in 50 years time when deer are in record numbers and dying of starvation and getting hit by vehicles regularly and in really poor condition and songbirds and ground nesting bird numbers have plummeted some lefty will admit that some of the field-sports community ideas and reasonings were actually correct.
