I guess there are some good deals to be had if you’ve done your research but last Black Friday I found diddlysquat on the Swarovski, Leica and Zeiss websites.

Good, Black Friday is mostly a con anyway.
Doubt those companies need to shift stock fast, well, at least the first two which still make their own stuff and don't do far east re-badge jobs.
If you chart prices things are usually at best 10% off 'normal' price unless end of line or crap!
Optics Warehouse are usually good for 'end of line' stuff though, got a 2700B Leica rangefinder new in box from them last year at a deep discount.
