I think it comes down to two questions -
Is it legal - Yes
Is it ethical - slightly more complicated as this is subjective. If you truly believe using a drone is in the spirit of fair chase, adds to the experience of the hunt in a positive way and is a tactic you would proudly tell people you employ and can defend that position, then it is a yes for you.
It would not be something I would ever want to see or use whilst hunting, but until there is a law on the matter that is just a personal preference. Each to their own.
