The Goats on the Garroch haven't been touched since 2019 rut. ( And we only took 2 off that year) To my knowledge

Why would the FC be culling goats on Forest. Kiri has next door which is Garroch which like Forest is privately owned and the FC have do not cull goats on either properties.We did have a bad winter a few years ago that took them off the Rhins and there lies the problem, but to blame the FC in this case is simply not true.

The FC probably hammered the goats on the surrounding FC land, as they did with the Reds when John was the Forest Lodge stalker. Goats are murder on young trees, they make deer look like marmosets.
