Ok then the previous answer was correct for two because it was graphite by two desperate labs. No 3 is nonsense as there are countless hundred of very large wetlands so it a pure guess. Sorry

Wrong by years the first was; The earliest successes were reported by James Ballantyne Hannay in 1879 and by Ferdinand Frédéric Henri Moissan in 1893. Their method involved heating charcoal at up to 3500 °C with iron inside a carboncrucible in a furnace. Whereas Hannay used a flame-heated tube, Then came The first commercially successful synthesis of diamond was produced on December 16, 1954, by Tracy Hall at General Electric (GE), using an elegant "belt" apparatus.
 
Ok look gentleman, this quiz is just a bit of fun, nothing more and nothing less.
As far as you not agreeing with the answers I have, all I would say is, I take the time to compile the questions and try to be as accurate as I can.
 
What do you mean a bit of fun? This is important stuff and I will not accept that people do not take it seriously :coat:
