Heaviest red stag shot in the UK

After helping gralloch a particularly large stag this weekend I was wondering what the heaviest one you guys have put in the larder.
By country would be interesting I think.

Not a stag, but I whacked and sorted a Charolais bullock and a few smaller cattle too. JCB or a low loader definitely indicated and a suspended gralloch when it gets there.
If you’ve a bit of help and the right kit any job goes handy enough.
This one was sorted on the floor

Helped retrieve one from forestry in the Isle of Mull at Pennyghael. Took a quad and 4 of us. 26 stone 2lbs hill weight just at the start of the rut. Next was a summer stag from Mar Lodge at a tad over 21 stone.

17 pointer off Arran 27st.
12 pointer biggest head in Scotland(Garroch) since records began 132kg larder weight.Donated it to head office of BASC Scotland. Believe its now just been beaten.

I think the most accurate way to log a carcass weight is a ticket off a game dealer. I've seen a few guys give guesstimates on large stags only to leave me bemused.. Are they looking at the same stag as me,lol.

my heaviest weighed one was 106.7kg cleaned in the larder three years ago
son had one last week at 104.3 kg in the larder

Ticket off Gamedealer is only accurate at the time he weighed it can loose a fair bit hanging in larder especially in the first 24 hours as much as a lb per Stone.
So as stag weighing into the larder at 20st. could be nearer 18 by the time it's picked up by the Gamedealer.

Just over 23 stone but that was when hung in larder it had been left on the hill overnight, fully cleaned legs removed and
head and cape.
So don't know exactly but a big beast certainly in excess of 25 stone.
Most years we would have at least one beast that would top 20 stone but this
was the biggest beast I have handled.
Didn't look particularly big until after he was shot then I found I couldn't turn him over couldn't get the Argo near him and
client wasn't fit enough to help me drag so was forced to leave it on the hill overnight and get help the next day.
Client wanted a full mount and he was only with me the one day so had to cape it on the hill and cary the head and cape home.
All carcasses will loose weight mostly in the First 24 hours or so of being shot we used to dstimate 1 l b loss
for every stone of weight this beast would have lost a bit more than normal due to more flesh being exposed
This was over thirty years ago but Nutty Spaniel who used to be a member on here but no longer he gave up stalking
tells me he still has nightmares of that drag lol.( He was one of the young lads who came to give my a hand the next day)

I find it hard to believe that a chilled carcass could approximately loose 12 kg in 24hrs.
But if you know different then I take your word for it.
