Some mushrooms I am struggling to ID

Got a few mushrooms here that I can't pin down, and a couple that I'm pretty sure of but would like confirmation of what they are.

Oyster mushroom? Fairly confident of this one but it is a different colour to the oysters I'm used to cooking with which are more tan coloured

Fool's Funnel?
Single mushroom growing on the forest floor. I initially thought it might be a Miller (a The Miller?) but the gills on this mushroom stop abruptly instead of running down the stem

Golden Scalycap? Growing out of the base of a large oak in a cluster of 4 or 5 large mushrooms

And finally, Orange Peel Fungus? It was quite dry which is why I think it was so much more pale, however it didn't grow in great clusters like the examples I have found in my books. Just odd ones and twos scattered around a bit.

Did you consider Cortinarius for the one in 5, 6 and 7? You can see why somebody might initially think that's a bolete, apart from the gills.

That's what I thought initially from a distance! I got quite excited until it dawned on me that boletes don't grow like that, and then the gills confirmed it. Cortinarius seems to be a genus name with many individual species, is there a specific one you had in mind?

The attached picture is of Cortinarius Allatus which looks promising

I'm afraid that I don't. It's a very striking skirt isn't it?

I always look out for them after the writer of War Horse Michael Morpurgo poisoned himself, his wife and two friends by eating webcaps which they thought were ceps on his place in Argyll. I seem to recall that they all needed new kidneys after it.

That could be a Miller, I think. The gills should be pinker, ideally. Have another look.

I think that the one I thought to be Oyster is in fact a Miller, is that what you meant? I don't believe it to be an Oyster as it was growing in an entirely different fashion to oysters. Single mushroom as opposed to a cluster. The one I think is a Fool's Funnel definitely isn't a Miller, but my main point of contention is the gills which don't seem exactly right for either of the two suspects. A bit of searching reveals that these two species are commonly confused
