.22lr zero distance for subs

Just wondering what distance people zero their .22’s at with subsonic ammo? TIA

54 metres for me. I know because the last bunny I shot I ranged at 54 m and the POI was 1cm behind the eye. Exactly where the reticle told me it would land.

I used to zero at 70yds with Eley standard and shoot out to 150yds

Standard velocity subs are around 1060 - 1070 fps.

With the normal BC of 1.2 for solids and 1.1 for HPs, the ballistic profile lends itself perfectly to a milrad reticle.

Give or take 0.1 mil here or there…

60m = zero
70m = 0.5 mil
80m = 1.0 mil
90m = 1.5 mil
100m = 2.0 mil

Easy as.
