Youtube bans reloading videos

Christ man how many folks does it need to ask ?

Get bl00dy links up ?

To be fair to your brethren you should have posted them in your original post …. Not really cricket to go on about such stuff and not share ….😂😂😂😂

There is a lot of firearm video content on Full30 a lot of youtube channels publish in parallel with YT. It was created after one of the earlier youtube crack downs on gun content.

I follow a few reloading channels on Youtube but it seems the internet overlords are leaning on the small guy (content creators/channels), by threatening them with account deletion.

Basically they are being told 'reloading videos = how to manufacture ammunition', which goes against Youtube policies (no gunmaking/gunsmithing, but blowing up 50kg of Tannerite with a 50cal is fine)

This video outlines it nicely, as it is a niche channel that looks at self-sufficiency in Canada (hence casting bullets for a Ruger No1 and revolvers) but is nearly an hour long:

Start collecting information and find sources of knowledge online, whilst you still can.

The guys custom ruger no1 is beautiful, my cup of tea , although not in his calibre

Are they being banned or demoneytized? I ask, as i watched a couple of shooting videos where they said that any video now including things like 30+ round mags and full auto are now demoneytized.

I think you will find YouTube policies are vague and get applied according to the virtue of the month that they want to signal. Channels get demonetised and banned all the time and then go through appeal or pop up elsewhere.
So much for murica being the bastion of free speech.
It’s called liberalism. They don’t like what you like, so you can’t have it. Unfortunately, liberals control most of the media/social media in the US. It’s just getting worse with wokeism . Another name for Marxist, but they don’t even know it.

I'm finding it very hard to understand the thinking behind the moral standards that Youtube seem to apply. I recently came across a series of motor bike videos fronted (probably the most appropriate word) by a lady who doesn't wear a bra and wears thin tops for every video. Another series of videos is made by a rather well endowed lady who forges knives wearing hardly very practical low cut tops.
So titilation verging on soft porn is acceptable to Youtube but casting bullets (hard cast lead) isn't? :-|
Please can you send me the links? It sounds like they need reporting by as many as possible.... 🤭🤭

YouTube 😂 and social media these days 😂 laying down rules in imaginary utopias?

What they seem to have forgotten is - the world was actually a better place before they were even an idea over a couple of yuppie cocktails at lunch time...

Yes they might provide a shortcut in a learing curve but as a species we got along just fine without them.

If YouTube was a child of mine I would put the bossy unruly little sod up for adoption.

In my case, several have been demoneytized and a couple have been deemed not suitable for most advertisers. I've asked for manual reviews but not really got anywhere.

During a previous "anti anything shooting" purge my earnings from adverts dropped from around $90 a month to around£10 a month. None of my videos have any "offensive" content.
This is the effect on just one video " How to zero a rifle in 30 secs" with almost 1.5 million views.

Ahem. I have this SD friend who is very, very, recently into motor bikes, blacksmithing and reloading…….. he has developed a very noticeable twitch and trembling hands. Sad - must make reloading very difficult, shame really, don’t see much of him at all now…….
