How do I attach photos

Hi having a moment & can’t work out how to add photos to a post
Any advice would be appreciated

Click on the little photo icon in the bar at the top of the box you type your text in. It will then give you the option to either drag and drop a pic in the box, or to search your images files to find one to insert.

That's one of the options I get if I click on the 3 little dots to the right of the photo icon. You just want to click on the basic photo icon in the main task bar that runs across the top of the box you type in, not the photo / video icon that is in one of the subsidiary drop-down task bars.
