They do look a serviceable and reasonably priced bit of kit but so too do these:

The EKA 10 has a ten year warranty and some sort of hard rubber grip so easily washable.

The biggest deficit for stalking applications of most modern folding knives is the amount of recesses and slots. Be it for the attachment of belt clips, lanyards, scale screws, single handed opening and what not. This is all BS. You want to be able to clean it without having to dismantle it to the last bit every time.
For this reason I only ever buy liner lock folders. They are by far the strongest mechanism and the easiest to clean. When the blade is out and locked, the chassis is wide open with no recesses of hinges to hold dirt. Back locks are terrible for holding gunge and the lock button always gets clogged with grit and dust.

I don't like pocket clips either. They get in the way during use and I want to carry the knife loose in my pocket or in a belt pouch, so any belt clips need to be removable.

A good liner lock with a flat ground blade, no pocket clip and bonded scales make very good, strong knives that are easy to clean and maintain.

For me the only lock knife has to be Chris Reeves Sebenza
It will last a life time and the highest quality materials

Can you sharpen it with ceramic stones or do you need diamond coated stones?
I don't know for certain yet, I've only had it for a few weeks or so and not needed to sharpen it. The blade is laminated cobalt steel that has a flat grind so I would have thought that my diamond stones will be appropriate.

The UK doesn't seem to be in the list of delivery options. Did you message them separately to arrange?

I initially referred to this knife post #45 here

Fallkniven will post to UK for a minimum order of £150, a few of us did a small group buy (another member organised it) and I ended up paying about £55 for what you saw in my photos.
I have mentioned to the OP and the member who did the purchase I that I pitched into that I had considered buying 3 or 4 and selling them on at cost.

If you are interested then a few of you could get together and do the same.

Hope this helps some of you buy one of these if that's what you want, great knife at this price.

Maybe I should subscribe to Trade Membership

Cheers, Mick

I was going to say that I was surprised by no mention on Marttini yet, but then I found that my favourite stalking folder has been discontinued
