Hunting Kazakhstan advice

Anybody hunted in Kazakhstan?
I’m just starting to do research for a hunt over there in 2023 for Maral.
I have been put in contact with Henry Skeffington.
Anyone know him or just give general advice on hunting in Kazakhstan please?
This would be my first and possibly last hunt of this kind.
