Hunting / Fishing combo trip

Just wondering if anyone has ever come across an outfit in either South Africa or Namibia that can offer legit fishing trips in addition to a hunting package?
I don't mean a hunting outfitter who knows how to wet a line. But anyone who operates as a genuine fishing guide also.

Does any such company even exist?

I have a really close mate who is a PH and outfitter in SA (KZN) and he also partners with a couple fishing charters for sharks and marlin if you want I can put you two in touch? I’m sure he can work out a deal for you. I could send you pictures of the animals we took with him as well as provide a few references if necessary.
