Survey - attitudes towards a hypothetical fenced wolf reintroduction

We brought wolves back in the Yellowstone basin, now the moose and elk are being eaten almost faster than reproduction. They have expanded the range and the the population of wolfpacks has exploded. Don't bring the wolf back unless you really want less deer and when they escape the trouble that will bring..

It's just the same as reintroduction of raptors and movement of them and large Corvidae around England, never ever thought out.
Not sure about bears or wolves though as I have sensitive skin and their fur might irritate as a shirt or jacket. I think lynx would be nice as a rug.

I'd love it if we had wolves. Lynx, bison, beavers, more wild boar. Wolverines, black bear. Loads more deer, and huge wild tracts of open moor, and hardwood forests to hunt them all in.
Genuinely, I'd love it, it would be my idea of paradise.

Unfortunately, what the rewildy folks don't seem to realise is that for that to happen we have to get rid of about 3/4 of the population of our island and totally change the lifestyle and attitude of the remaining quarter.

The huge population sharing such a tiny land mass is one of the real problems you lot have and unfortunately most of the population being city centric have no affinity for firearms, wild meats and hunting.
Yep... The way they want to live is totally at odds a lot of the time with the way I want to live. Unfortunately there are far more of them than "us" and they run the place!

Its where a united front needs to come to the fore to make "us" far stronger.

I am not good with horror movies, even jokey ones like this.

I watched it in a lonely farmhouse in the middle of the desert in South Africa one Friday night. My own house was 6 miles away. I had to drive back on my own, stopping 5 times to open gates.

I was utterly terrified. Bad enough getting out of the car at the gate, but at least you walked forward into the headlights. It was getting out again after driving through, and walking back into the dark to shut the gate that REALLY scared the s*hit out of me. And of course, getting back into the car, I was convinced there would be one hiding in the passenger seat…
