Non permanent loading bench.

Hi guys, I am looking for suggestions for my little problem.
I am a bit short on space for a permanent loading bench. What are my options and what have you all done. I am not a high volume shooter but I do tend to have a re loading session every 3-4 months.
Thanks for your help, Tusker

For some years I used a Workmate bench, which folds away after use! Eventually though as with most reloaders, I needed more space for the ever-increasing amount of gear!

Fold away workmate style bench - my wife bought me one for diy. Repurposed as a loading bench it now means I can’t use it for diy.

I think that’s what they call a win-win 😉

Get an offcut of worktop or similar as a base and simply clamp it to a kitchen table strong old cupboard etc wheb required . had a press set up like this years . OR swich to an arbour press and hand dies i do a few rifles like that when traveling etc . if you just neck size there is very little need for a big press , i never prime in the press

Not particularly cheap, but it’s good. I had a “shooting room” fitted out, but drilling the built in worktop didn’t seem appropriate. A Co-Ax and 21st century lathe are mounted to it.

For years used the MDF board I made for my x for her to make stained glass windows. 1x.5 m 25mm thick. Had 15mm bead on long and short edge. Bolted Lee press with counter sunk bolts. Screwed on Lee powder measure. Used to go across dining room table. All kit sits on it nicely and if I spilt any powder easy to collect it up. I still have it now but not used as have dedicated reloading bench in attic room.

My cobber uses his metal speaker stand, clamps press to that and uses the coffee table for scales and powder thrower , he also lives in a shoe box .
