I didn't have to go to the Caribbean to sample curry goat - in a previous life I worked in Wolverhampton. Opposite my office was a market and I'd often pop across at lunchtime for locally made, piping hot, curry goat rice and peas. Not quite as nice as the deep fried baby goat I had on holiday in the Canary Islands, if I remember correctly, I kept going back for more too.

Oh, and good luck with the North Wales goat problem boys!

Be better off asking an Indian or African I'd think, Wales is hardly a centre of culture and cuisine!
I’ve only eaten goat twice - first time in 2007 in Tanzania (cooked by a local) and the second time in 2011 at Warcop (the chef was Ghurka/Nepali).

I am interested to understand if the Welsh have a different approach to their goat cuisine!!!

:p:tiphat:
