best kept in the fridge I find then warmed under the tap before a slow and gradual tasting by the lucky lady, sure gives the element of surprise if blind folded at the tasting. Slowly but surely

We spray off one pen but the owner of land where the other pen is situated doesn't like it being used. So we have to strim. Not the worst job but needs doing for fencer

First check today no dead which is good. A few outside one pen which were walked back in. Still having issues with one fencer so completely changing whole lot this weekend.

We have had our birds for 6 / 7 weeks now and the covers are filling nicely

My fully trained gundog (dopey pup) got into them today - yep the covers are full !

Up at the shoot this evening for last minute pen preparations, feeders filled, chicken grit out, few water drinkers dotted about just to calm my water paranoia turned the water on in the pens and bugger got a leak in forestry pen, so need to take a straight fitting with me when I go up at sparrow fart to meet the lad delivering the flying chickens
Stavetta came with me tonight, as you can see she’s not feeling the joy of the countryside, doesn’t like rain, doesn’t like flies ( who does ) doesn’t like the cows, doesn’t like the smell,
