Admins kindly granted me permission to advertise firearms belonging to a friend who has a terminal illness. I didn't list this one last week as a buyer had been found but he has since pulled out of the deal. I hasten to add, he has not seen the rifle, just his personal circumstances have changed.
The rifle is a Ruger No1 in .223 Remington, I am reliably informed that it performs very well with 55-grain ammunition/bullets. It has no iron sights and comes complete with a classic Simmons Whitetail 4-12 scope. The stock on the rifle is particularly attractive.
