Did the check zero, all good, But a bit of a cluster**** on the later foxing ..... minus 6 killed the trigger sticks, locked solid in an unusable position, will need some plastic lawn grass or a raffia doormat to make off the roof shooting safe, (rifle continuing to slide around like a curling stone.

Blast....I lifted the camera to early....went to look the bait though and one has flattened the frosty grass munching on bait 🤦

Out at 5:30 in minus something - absolutely baltic and perfect thermal spotter conditions, great, super, fantastic….
Walked 150 yards from Jimny, turned Pulsar on and “phut” green light wasn’t cos it was red - some eejit had left it on standby since last outing. Even better the same eejit left the always fully-charged reserve battery at home!
Bugger, bugger, bugger!

It's usually me that forgets stuff FB.

Seen one, possibly two. Shortly after hearing a vixen.
Gone out of view. Bugger....
Need to get some stinky bait!

A succesful night, bloody cold mind. Vixen appeared from an earth at 16.10 last night and trotted away in the opposite direction, thankfully came back again around 10 minutes later and paid the price. Up at 5 this mornng and up in one of the box high seats. ICOtec helion caller out in the field and put the Dog fox 3 bark call on. after 2 minutes out she stepped and just sat looking around at 125 yards, Good clean kill and very happy. Super impressed with the new light weight LRF XQ35 Mergers.
