I held out for a set of 8x32 and haven’t looked back. I have (had) a set of 10x42 but they just weren’t getting used as the smaller bins were so much easier to use, very effective - especially when combined with a thermal

I think with your budget vortex are your best bet i have a pair of 10 x42 and they are fantastic .I have used them every week for the last ten years .i would not buy anything else TBF

I have a pair of Leica ultravid 8x42 if they are of interest. They have had some use so are not mint but have been serviced and in very good condition. Looking for £500 posted.
