Hunters Chicken recipe

Guys
took SWMBO out today for Lunch like you do, hunters chicken on the menu it was superb

Anyone cooked it up and have a recipe, wouldn’t mind having a crack at it myself
base is chicken flattened , cheese, herbs and a sauce, pan cooked thereabouts

there you go but as said flattened chicken wrap in slice of bacon ...bbq sauce and cheese away you go ... sub chicken out for pheasant or patridge

or dont flatten chicken cut a pocket in the fillet then put some philadelphia cream cheese in there and thank me later

or get rid of breast and do a version with boneless chicken thighs.....

versions are endless and half fun is tweaking stuff to suit yersel

The one we had was like or looked a flattened chicken sliced with 2 cheeses on/in it with thin sliced streaky bacon,pan cooked so the cheese melted around it and crispy crispy and sauce on top
Gotta have a crack at it - it was delicious big time
