Pivot mounts….can anyone identify these?

I believe the mounts below are earlier Earnst Apel mounts but I could be wrong …..

As you can see the front needs adjustment as the scope is out of alignment. The rifle is a stutzen so of course immediate thoughts are always stock interference but on inspection there’s a clear issue here.

Leaning on the SD community to help me source set up instructions for this particular set?

I’d also like to source some new screws (especially for that front foot). I like the period slotted fixings on the rings but would happily replace them with torques screws for pure practicality & reliability

Any help…much appreciated I’d like to keep these period mounts & enjoy a classic rifle in its pure form….no pic rail for this one

EAW have confirmed they aren’t Apel.

Surely someone must recognise that rear latching mechanism?…

It’s a model 77

They are a pivot mount…on closer inspection I believe the front has been modified from a mod 94 & the rear is correct mod 77

I say that as those numbers are scribes into the inside of the lower rings and the front has been drilled I thin

Hendsolt in Wetzlar were an optic manufacturer they were taken over by Zeiss who still use the name for their military optics.

I’m familiar with the name and story…I’ve a Diavari 6-24x56 on my .308 & flirted with the 72 aka the Hubble that was an original Hensoldt design I believe

Still I digress… I can’t seem to find anything online that matches them….I think they are quite old if the slotted screws are anything to go buy?
