How many Norwegians have you spoken to regarding thier electric cars and cold weather?Norway has the highest number of electric cars in the world per head of population - and it also gets very, very cold in Norway
However, it simply doesn't seem to be a problem there - unless you're anti EV

Evidently, one of two explanations must account for this. Either the same temperature magically affects EVs differently in different countries; or the Norwegians do significantly less driving than Americans and have better charging infrastructure, and therefore experience the problems less. Clue: the latter is true.Norway has the highest number of electric cars in the world per head of population - and it also gets very, very cold in Norway
However, it simply doesn't seem to be a problem there - unless you're anti EV

They also probably have a real car for winter!
Same issues with any batteries in the cold. Warmer batteries charge easier.
Even with ICE vehicles or shooting accesories like thermal/nv.
Been sub zero here since the end of oktober give or take a few days.
The cold effectively halves the range of Electric vehicles.
I followed the link and the first result read "battery kaputt". Is that the message you intended to convey?EVs in Norway have been doing just fine for over 10 years now
