Just got back from a successful stalking trip and was washing all my kit that was used including S hook and thought I would show how I store this piece of kit in my bag trust me these things can be lethal.

I think I posted once before about the branch that gave way during a suspended gralloch and two s hooks hit me in the forehead like a rattlesnake. Thankfully it’s mostly thick bone but it did smart a bit.
I now point the hooks towards the apprentice.
