If it is the screw to tighten the tension of the swivel/cant, then I've got a spare you are welcome too.
That said, I'd recommend replacing it with a small lever, as is it much easier to adjust and get more purchase on.
Whilst the rod is threaded 10-32, M5 is near enough identical and easier to find suitable levers in the UK. I bought one from berger tools, link below.
Adjustable hand levers GN300.1 clamps in confined spaces, or set lever positions. Re-engages when lever is released. Avoids corrosion risk. UK supplier, next day delivery.

Go for the M5, in either 22mm or 30mm length. I've got 30mm as it's a bit easier to grab when wearing gloves. You can set the position of the lever too so it is out of the way etc.
The only thing you need to do get a 5mm washer (5mm long, ID 5mm OD 8mm) as the threaded bolt on the bipod is a little too long (you cut cut it I suppose too). I've probably got one spare lying around you can have if you go this route.
The screw in question seems to also be 10/32 and about 1" long. Am sure you'll be able source from Harris, but I'm sure I've probably got a spare one if you have no joy from Harris.
