Based in Snowdonia in North Wales, we have been around for a number of years now. Our company began in 1964 Snowdonia Taxidermy Studios. In the ‘80’s the company added taxidermy and tanning supplies under the Snowdonia Supplies banner. Knives have always featured, but more recently we have offered collectible knives expanding our range. If you have a knife collection to sell, we can deal with that for you too. Whether it's Tanning kits, Taxidermy Supplies or Stalking Knives, we have most things covered.

As we use our taxidermy and tanning products in-house, we pride ourselves on being able to provide detailed advice on taxidermy and tanning procedures, from years of hands-on experience. Simply give us a call or email and we will do our best to help.

Hi Dave, we stopped attending shows as a company after Covid. 35 years of doing 20-30 shows a year and then 2 years without them, it showed us how the other half lived and we liked it. So, no more shows for us. I will be attending The British Shooting Show on the Friday. If I can help by bringing anything for you, please let me know. Aaron.

Some really magnificent and rare blades there - Al Mar SERE, Spartan Harsey and the Boker GSG9… very nice! Shame I’ve just ordered a new bow as otherwise I’d have another knife that I don’t really need!

Thank you. A discerning eye. The collection came from the estate of a long-term collector. The collection comprises of almost 400 pieces in all. An eclectic mix of early production models from many different manufacturers. Back in the days when they were making their name and building their brand. The collection also boasts bespoke hand-made pieces from a range of superb makers. Mr Mitchell here, to name drop.

Yes, I believe William Harsey has designed for a number of manufacturers.
