Anyhoo out yesterday with my own little darling (Stutzen - steady chaps…) and tried the “Quiet” rounds @ 750 fps now available - pretty impressive noise-wise and at 25/30 metres though I do wonder about ricochets….
Someone really should buy this - it will put a smile on your face even as you lift it out of the gunsafe!

I've been asked quite reasonably about the grouping and accuracy of this rifle. Unfortunately I haven't kept any zeroing targets, sorry. But I can say that the barrel is free-floated, the stock just affects handling and aesthetics, that I zero at 50m and satisfy myself if groups are in the 0.5-1" area, and that it likes the RWS subsonics I'm bundling with the rifle as attested by this rabbit. Thanks!

Now that chocolate eggs have been safely delivered, it is once again OK to go after bunnies. But just in case one of them IS the Easter Bunny, it would only be fitting to use a special rifle. Luckily, there's one up grabs.
