Hi,

Anyone know of anyone who does larger bolt handles for the 452’s? Would prefer something that fits over the existing bolt ball if it’s an option

Thanks Ollie

ah yeah that looks quite nice, sadly mine doesnt have a hole. assuming you just use a sharp center punch then work way up through drill sizes?
never heard of a ferrel?

No luck. I was the same as you. One of my older 452's '94 I believe didn't have a hole. My 452 Silhouette did have the hole so a simple job.

yeah mine is a early 2000's one, bought brand new by my dad.
got her sighted in today as been sat out of use for many years and found it really liked cci velocitors - 1/2 inch groups at 60m with my dodgy shooting, stingers were sub 1 inch so not bad but not as good.
thats where the want for a bigger/longer bolt handle came from as the stingers are that bit longer so are renounably tight with the velocitors a bit less tight but still to the point were i was having to use the palm of my hand as my fingies were starting to ache

Try a MDT or KRG bolt lift knob, had one on my cz455 for years, using more o rings gives a good fit or you could use a epoxy putty in the inside for perfect fit

Made mine years ago much like the one above Drilled and tapped. A hollow plug with a 1/4 cz.webp hole and bolt knob tapped the trigger spring kit from Yorkshire rifles ? If that was what they were called been a lot of years since I built the 452 .
