Over the years I’ve found a few shed Roe antlers, including 3 single antlers from the same buck spanning 3 years which is cool.
My boy came home from the woods super excited with this antler he’d found all by himself today:

So, the buck was one that I had observed closely and photographed over several years.
The antlers were clearly his.

I have another one somewhere but unfortunately I have a cupboard full of antlers and stuff at the moment which is not in the least bit tidy
I’ll see if I can find tomorrow

That Tim has to be the understatement of 2024 ha ha ha.

I found a matched pair of Sambar antlers and cannot find a pic of them. One pair in my lifetime of wandering.

I agree. Round here that would be all over the place.
You do get some cracking bucks round your way Woodsman. Excellent find.

No.
I'm just waiting for this year's set to fall off so I can add them to the collection!
Probably take me weeks to find them though!

Whenever I've found cast antlers of wild deer they've been chewed up and not really worth keeping.

This would have been an 18 pointer and medal without doubt. Shame I never found the other one (or got to this before the rodents etc had had a nibble)
