Just a niche item.

Okay, not any prep needed but just a unique item I want too show off.

I grew up playing hunting games In my early teens I ended up discovering an active online hunting game these spaces are hugely dominated by Americans, for a very long time I honestly had no clue what deer were in the UK however with that initial introduction too any sort of hunting I became too love the north American species and whilst I love roe now, I still have a strong standing for those American species.

unfortunately there bloody expensive! want a whitetail buck skull over here? £250+ Mule deer? +£300 Bull elk? Forget it - Its not sensible too go out your way too purchase them, I've willingly made one big purchase for a NA species (and even then, It was 25% cheaper than the cheapest item I just listed there) and that Is it, unless Its abysmally cheap I wont.

However a week ago? Suddenly there's upwards of 20 mule deer antlers on ebay for £26 quid each, not bought anything In over 2 years so I decided **** it why not! There browns/hard whites what cost anywhere from $12-15 per pound in the US anyways, so Its honestly not crazy expensive from being found as sheds and shipped across a bloody ocean too arrive In the UK of all places.

Not intentional but a last minute change of mind resulted In me accidently picking two antlers out that are virtually a matching set, there not however I could mount these too a faux skull regardless and no one would know with how similar they are regardless.

I wonder are they from Finland rather than US?
The seller confirmed there from the US as they were brought over for they and there partner wedding who I assumed was from the US

There was a mix of mostly mule deer looking antlers and a couple of axis deer so I would assume the lower western belt of the US 👍forked tines, with a lack of brow tines are a very mule deer-esc trait.
