hi i am a carer for my wife hard for me to get to a rfd, i will try and find out if i can post it .

Special delivery will collect from you and deliver to whoever you wish. Most of the parcel services do this, pack it up, measure and weight the package, book online and pay, usually cheaper than the same service if you visit the post office. Hope this helps
