Why not just form it from 22-250? Just curious.
All you need is a 308 FL die, shortened about .250"...and the thick case head of the 22-250 case keeps the LRP primer pockets tight over time (just like when 6.5 CM is formed from 22-250)...

Use these before, absolutely no probs.
c2 precision have Alpha Munitions in stock I believe. It's expensive but I bought some a while back as couldn't get Lapua and have been very impressed with it.

Hi, Did you manage to find any cases, if not I have a box of unopened 6.5x47L cases they are expensive at £130 per 100 plus postage at cost.Anyone know where has 6.5x47 Lapua brass in stock?

That really isn’t expensive. It’s the going rate when they were available and now they are unobtanium I can see prices going up like Varget has.
