Nice little glades where it’s easy to extract them from , then sit and wait at that point , at all times 
Definitely prevailing wind so I make sure I am never downwind of my mate when he takes his 5.45am dump (every fecking time we go out)

What would make you want to avoid areas? Difficult extraction, public access, proximity to buildings?

Never a truer word spoken, happened to me last year, when I eventually found out who the other guy was he said 'the farmer's nephew told me you never go there' which was of course nonsense, as how would I have come across his truck at 0500 one morning.
I just wonder how he would have felt if the shoe and been on the other foot.
Things like buildings if lived in, boggy areas not much fun walking along then sunk to your knees.
Try to get their phone number and arrange a chat to sort out how to communicate who’s doing what.
But it’s seldom easy.
If you’re new to stalking (which it sounds like you might be), you’ll quickly discover that it’s enormously difficult to get all the information you need from all the people associated with a bit of land. There is a startling amount of skullduggery and half truth.

Aye, I’m fairly new to all this. I haven’t done any stalking for over 20 years and the stalking I did (in my 20’s) was always with a keeper/ranger.
I’m waiting on my FAC but, in the mean time, I’ve got some permissions sorted, booked a DSC1 and a carcass and butchery course. I’m hoping to get up to my permissions over the next couple of weeks and start having a good luck at what’s what.
The farmers that let stalking to folks often have kids that have friends and such want a shot and so on and so forth.
Family members etc etc
If you go shouting about it to them you’ll soon be permission less.
Build a rapport and be the one to take them out when they mention it.
And someone always has more cash than you and a farmer will always take the bigger offer.
So would you.
