I bought this from devon deer stalker back in October 22. Since owning, I’ve had the stock professionally refinished with a London oil finish and put around 40 rounds though it. It shoots exceptionally well with RWS evo green short rifle ammo. The rifle looks mint with a patina I was keen to keep on the bluing in places.

I’m only selling as my better half has gone full Roe Doe on me and we’re expecting twins next month! This rifle won’t see the light of day.

The rifle will come with a genuine Blaser leather sling I bought new shortly after getting the rifle. Asking £3250.

The SR rail mount would be £150 if any one is interested in buying the mount with the rifle. I’ve owned it from new.

I would consider including the Swarovski Z8i 1.7 - 13.3 x 42 for £1500 if bought with the rifle. I won’t sell the scope by itself. Again, I’ve owned from new. It has the original box, Swaro scope covers and I’ll throw in a ballistic turret.

Photos included, but they don’t do the rifle justice. The stock is much lighter than what it looks like against the carpet. The photo against the grass is a truer likeness. The forend is wonderful with an almost iridescent tiger strip pattern.

It’s an older, what I’d call proper K95 without the illuminated ret control on the decocker. It puts the new laser engraved K95 Luxus to shame in my opinion.

Selling will give you a momentary bung of cash, but at a loss on the price. You may not have a lot of time over the next wee while, but in a just a few sleeps those twins will be off to school and in a couple more wil have left home and you will have lots of time for stalking etc.

And I meant to say congratulations on excepting twins. Becoming a father is a very good thing and full of lots of fun and adventures. Don’t let children change your life - let them add to your life.
Indeed. My 3 year old daughter was out with me for a full days fly fishing in the week. Best fishing trip I’ve had. She can’t quite handle my other 308 yet though

Enjoy the twins! As a father of twins I can confirm that they will seriously curtail your stalking opportunities for the first few years but will bring lots of other pleasures. Ours will be 20 in about 5 weeks & I have no idea where these years went.

We still have a twins Mountain Buggy in the garage (green obviously) should you be in need of one. We imported it directly from NZ & it came with a customer survey asking why we had chosen their buggy. Hunting was an included option in the reasons!

Hope you have parents & family close by. Both our mothers lived in NZ so that was a fat lot of use.

PS. A dog breeder I knew asked if we’d decided which one we were going to keep!1721563372545.webp

My K95 is my favourite rifle, dont sell it if you dont need to, its not eating anything where it is, if you were to think of selling the scope and mounts I would be interested in them for mine.

Congratulations

Dont sell it keep it for them to inherit and when there keeping you up all night get it out and admire it and that beautiful finish on the stock will make them drift off asleep I have one it’s no where as nice as yours but I hope I will never sell it 2of my grand children have put a claim on it

I agree. If you don't need the money keep it. You'll regret selling it

Looks like a deal to me.

There was a K95 in the recent Holts auction. 30-06 and they wanted £3600. On closer inspection it wasn't nearly as clean as yours.
