The scope takes 18500 batteries , 3 included, and the LRF CR123/3.7V/4H 4 included + charger.

No there is an internal battery as well.
I dont know the exact battery life run down with both up as I have never come close to it running out off the add in battery.
I usually do 4/5 hour stints on Foxes, and either have it in Standby or off as it starts up pretty quick.

It was an ex-demo unit. This has Bluetooth/Wifi and works with LRF.

Additionally there are 3 batteries for the scope, plus 4 batteries and charger for the LRF
