Complete kit for distilling, including air still, carbon filtration kit, hygrometer, sanitizer, various Demi johns and brewing buckets. Loads of other bits and pieces. Easy to do, some good video instructions on Love Brewing website.
I used this in lockdown to great effect and produced really cost effective top quality product for own consumption. Each batch makes 9 x750ml bottles at normal strength.
Everything that you need is in this set up. If you fancy doing your own distillation, this kit is exactly what you need.

No offers £120 for the lot. Pick up only Kent, Surrey , Sussex borders near j6 M25IMG_0033.jpeg

In answer to questions : it works out at around a couple of quid only to produce a 750ml bottle of normal strength high quality product.

If whoever buys it could turn the 100l or so of random wine / cider that I’m not happy with and stashed for such an occasion, into “product” I’d be delighted!!

Ah ah! That would make really good brandy, and applejack. Honestly, the process is you make a colourless wine at around 14% then that is distilled to 60% abv , then you cut that with water down to 40% or 43% according to taste. You are most of the way there with that 100 litres !!
I’ll only sell it to you if you promise to give me a bottle of one of each of what you produce afterwards!

I’m very tempted but it’s not likely I’d be able collect. Would there be any chance of sending via courier?
Unfortunately not as I’ve got 4 demijohns, 4 x5gallon drums, various bits and pieces to all go with it to get you started straight away.
It’s a great bit of kit and does the job perfectly.

I’ve got one, great bit of kit, you can buy the essence to add to the alcohol to make it taste like what you can buy or you can make your own flavourings like rhubarb and ginger gin, or whatever flavouring you want. We had friends over having made different gins whisky, rum with the still and essence and did a taste test comparing the real stuff with our home brew. The only one that some people guessed was home brew was the rum and that was because we didn’t add enough of the sugar syrup to get the consistency right. You do have to remember to water it down or it can be lethal 🤪. The first 50 ml distilled is unusable to drink that is but makes great cleaning product like isopropyl. As for the legality , you are allowed to distil a certain amount per year and can be added to petrol cars, don’t know that I would try that though. Enjoy.
