So 35 days on from op and going great. Been chainsawing and log splitting last week and yesterday. I mentioned bio oil in my thread but the physio also recommended Cica Care to break down the scar tissue. How on earth taping sticky silicone to the skin does that I have no idea. If you do buy some beware cheap Chinese copies. I got stung for £8. It should be £30-50 depending on size
