If anyone has a spare kit or knows of a source.

Have you tried GMK?
Although it appears they have stopped importing the Quad it is still a current Sako model so
They should be able to get parts ?

Correct - you’ll need to get your local dealer to get you one. I’d recommend you get the kit with the pins & springs & replace the lot as the springs get worn.

That’s pretty normal with GMK in my experience… & not necessarily their fault, they may not hold the stock & will be waiting on delivery from Sako, maybe drop them an email & ask if they can let you know which dealers (if any) have them in Ireland & then see if you can get one mail ordered to you.

Have unfortunately had no luck at home on one. That's why I have turned to SD..

Contact Norman Clark Gunsmiths, they may have one in stock & can certainly order them in - they got the last lot I bought from GMK but it took about 6 months!
