That weight is just the handguard I believe, the barrel nut is steel. If you need an all in weight, I can drop one on the scales for you when I'm next at the armoury.

I put the 9" M-LOK on the scales for you, combined weight including barrel nut is 293 grams.

Regret, no. We only what we have on the shelf that is being cleared and once gone, won't be re-stocked.

Inside diameter is around 34mm on them.

That's tight. A 12" would work and only cover the beginning bit of my mod, however it would need to be 34mm or bigger. 34mm gives a slight bit of clearance.

If there's any chance of a measure up, if it clears then I'll take a 12" M-Lok

They are listed as 1.35" inner diameter, so a touch over 34mm at 34.29mm.
