The ones I have from years ago are all on Farm Letter Heading with a couple of the larger farms have similar wording included
"Please contact before entering the premises as to avoid any conflict of use"
Good example for this evening is the vine workers finish a 4.30pm so I will be staking from 7pm

I (land owners name) of (land owners address)
hereby give- (shooters name)
of (permanent address), permission to shoot on land that I have the legal right to grant shooting permission upon January 2025 going forward at the address of (INSERT LAND ADDRESS).
The grant of shooting permission to The Shooter is subject to the following conditions:
1) The shooting of deer control, fox control and any other pest with a centrefire, rimfire and or airgun
2) The Shooter will notify The Landowner before and after shooting via (INSERT COMMUNICATION METHOD EG PHONE CALL)
3) The Shooter will have valid shooting insurance at the time of shooting
4) It is the sole responsibility of The Shooter to uphold the current UK law at all times with regards to firearm ownership, use and quarry species
This agreement can be terminated at any time by either The Shooter or The Landowner by sending written confirmation to the other party via letter or email to the corresponding address provided above.
This agreement comes into effect by the signatures of both parties as detailed below:

What if you’re shootings for the tenant or someone else that controls the shooting rights?
Just replace the word "landowner" with whatever's appropriate.

Thats what ive done. always had verbal permission but filling in my renewal again so will print few of these and make specific to my permissions ect and make copies for the police
If they ask for this then give it them, if they don't then no need only giving the good ideas club another form to create and make renewal more hassle.

Yeah, the query was more to highlight the fact to anybody that uses it that they may not be dealing with the landowner.
