Available: Hill stalking in Central Scotland for stags and hinds

Hi all,

I'm a bit late to open up bookings for this season so still quite a few opportunities available.

The stalking is on magnificent open hill here on 1,500 ha on Farleyer estate near Aberfeldy in central Scotland. Lots of deer on the ground.


The 2025 rates for stags:

£200 outing fee
£600 per stag for a representative stag
£50 estate equipment rental
£250 per tine above a 12 pointer
+ VAT

The 2025 rates for hinds and calves:

£200 outing fee
£200 unlimited animals
£50 estate equipment rental
+ VAT

We recommend our guests stay at The Chraggs, a 10 minute drive from the hill.

Just for clarity with the hind stalking, does the £200 per day include unlimited hinds or is there an extra £200 if you are successful?

I was wondering the same- so £400 plus VAT per day for hinds?

Hi guys,

Thanks for the questions.

Hinds are £200 outing fee and then £200 for 1 hind or more, unlimited.

Equipment rental available should one wish to use an estate rifle.

I’ve set my rates for this year to be equivalent with others in the area. My intention is to price on market. Not above or below.
