Is there a strong Picatinny to Picatinny extension rail that would move a nv back 75 mm and still support it?

Make sure the bolt movement is not blocked. Including your fingers between bolt knob and scope...

I am in a similar position I need to extend back my Ssvage rail.
It looks like Ant supplies may do an extended rail.

Ken, I'd buy an extended rail to replace whatever you have fitted, I'm sure you can probably fashion an actual extension to fit and make it secure, I'd always be questioning its alignment. As other have suggested, try ant supplies, he's good to deal with
