Free 2 x Scottish Game Fair tickets - thanks to French Air Traffic Controllers

Well then….. up at 4:45 and heading off to the airport en route to Edinburgh for a day’s stalking tomorrow and the Game Fair on Sunday - YIPPPPEEEE!
Then Lady FB (Social Secretary) noticed a late night email advising that our Easyjet flight to Edinburgh has been cancelled, presumably because of the 2 day french ATC strike (les batards).
Bugger, bugger, bugger! In an effort to snatch some sort of victory from this french defeat I believe the tickets are transferable, so two senior citizens etickets for the sunday are here for anyone who can attend - perhaps in return for a small donation to the Gamekeepers fund?
Just pm me if interested, meanwhile I shall be at home all weekend muttering dark threats and thinking of Agincourt, Waterloo……

Our concession tickets (Senior citizens) can be used on any one day. Would be worth checking yours as it withh widn the market.

A. You miss the game fair
B. You don’t have to fly sleazyjet today
C. You can eat more cheese and drink red wine
D. You can spend a day a learn about local values, perhaps join the Gilets Jaunes for a day, then report back if revolutionary actions seem like a good idea that could be applied in the U.K.
E. The weather is shjite here today and storms coming in 3 hrs

He’s not in France, but I guess the French atc strike has left the aircraft that should have been doing his shuttle to Edinburgh in the wrong place.

Correct “he” is not in France, nor is he in Scotland where he was to be at 9 sodding 30 this very morning!
He is currently at home in NI having got up for the second time today and yes it is raining….

In an attempt to err….lift our spirits, we have gone on an alphabetical tour of the whiskey cabinet.
We started in our very favourite town of Aberfeldy, skipped up to Aberlour, bounced across to Auchentoshan, ricocheted across to Ardbeg then shet shail for Arran. Can’t wait for the “Bs”.
Mishin you all ver’ ver, mush.

Anyhoo, and much more importantly, I hadn’t even mentioned my loss of stalking (today) for nearly fifteen whole minutes when my “pal” in Scotland sent me this:-
