He's been after a 243 for a while and I didn't realise he'd commented. They do different barrel lengths although usually 20/22 inch on the sporters

Most likely be 20" barrel if it was factory threaded.
The standard 22.44" usually comes unthreaded if that makes sense.

I have measured from the end of the barrel to the action where it screws in, I bought it new so its as from the factory.
