Evening all,

anyone know if you can get spare blades for a KUKOO Meat Grinder?

I have had two snap on me now and dont have any left.

Very frustrating.

Cheers

Hi would you know if they are a 12, 24, or a 36 bore?
If you do then Scobies Direct or butchers sundries (both on line) will stock them.

95% are all made the same so very unlikely that they won’t stock them.
Both are very helpful so well worth a call.

Good luck 😉

Can you tell us the outer diameter of the grinder plate and I should be able to tell you which size you have, from there you should be able to find new knives easily.

I am curious how you have managed to snape two knives? I only ever have them loose there edge and not cut so well.

Two of them just shattered whilst mincing 2 separate roe. No bones or anything. Partly frozen, frozen enough to keep a shape but defrosted enough I could squeeze it in my hand

Different, Just I have not experienced that, when you can measure the plate and we'll see what size they are, I have tried to copy a picture showing the different diameters but dont seem to be able to get it over here.

The clue may be in the name; Salvatore is a recognised quality brand of plates and knives for meat grinders and mincers, KUKOO not so much, very possibly Chinesium ‘steel’..

You buy what you can afford, This is what I could afford at the time

I have a complete set of blades, plates, housing and meat tray from a caterlight mincer that I blew up earlier in the year.
If they fit yours then you can have them.
