No, the rubbish has an address in it, so they're responsible for their rubbish, even if they paid someone else to take it away for them. The person who dumped it assuming its someone else than the original owner, if caught can be given a fpn as well.Sorry I don't really understand all of that... Hello, It is good to see UK Companies still making these Engineering projects, I worked in a factory making Cranes when Mig welding had taken over from Arc welders, The Mig welders were far bigger than the modern versions of todayPrototype hydraulic tank come battery box thing for a dumper that if it doesn't leak I'll eat my hat.
