I haven't got a pic, but here's the description from Pulsar:
"It ships with accessories that will allow you to charge it and connect it to your device: a 100-220V wall charger, a 3.3' extension cable, 2.1mm DC connector for a car charger adapter, and a 1/4"-20 tripod socket adapter. To monitor remaining power capacity, the pack also has a built-in charge indicator."

As I understand it this is an old pulsar which uses 4 AA batteries, that you need to remove to charge (you cannot charge batteries in situ) and it has an external power supply port?

The manual specificies "the external DC power supply (2.1mm pin) with stabilised voltage ranging from 8.4V to 15V or a 12V vehicle socket".

So to put that in english you need a battery pack filled with rechargeable batteries, that supplies 8.4v-15v of power via a 2.1mm male socket. That is pretty common. Lots on google or a decent electrical shop can make one up for you. For example 8 x 1.5v AA batteries wired in series = 12v. And tell you about charging this new pack.
