Hey Tim the DJI Matrice 4T weighs around 1,229 grams, so it’s definitely over the 250g limit! If you’re flying it in the UK, you’ll need to follow a few rules. First off, you’ll need to get a Flyer ID by passing the CAA’s online theory test. You also have to register as the operator and put your Operator ID on the drone itself.

You’ll need to stick to the Drone Code too, things like flying below 120 meters, keeping the drone in your line of sight, and not flying over people who aren’t involved.

If you’re using it for commercial purposes or flying in more complicated situations, like over people or near buildings, you’ll probably need to get Operational Authorisation from the CAA. That means doing some risk assessments and following their guidelines.

It’s also a good idea to have insurance, especially if you’re using the drone professionally hope this info helps
